Hi, I’m Bri — I'm a creative problem-solver and someone who firmly believes a Diet Coke at 3pm can fix almost anything. I’m also a Freelance Senior Project Lead.

I say “lead”, because with a decade of agency experience, I’ve learned that the last thing a creative team wants (or needs) is another “manager”. My favorite part isn’t the spreadsheets, status updates, or perfectly organized calendars. It’s creating the space for talented people to focus on what they do best: making incredible work.

I believe teams do their best work when they have clarity, trust, and space to create — and that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of enjoying the process.

I’m obsessed with my dog named Coors Banquet, a good snack, making people laugh, and finding ways to make work feel a little more human.

When I’m not organizing timelines or color-coding my planner, you’ll probably find me at the beach, curled up with a good book, or rearranging my house (yet again).
